The role of local government in the regulation of socio-economic development of the territories defined by the presence of sufficient funds and filling local budgets. The problem of filling local budgets monetary resources is relevant for the lifetime of the local government in Russia. The article examines the formation of local revenues by the example of the Vladivostok city district.
